Enrolment fee When we receive the signed information pack from you, the collection kit will be sent to you. No deposit is needed. €0
Service fee The transport, processing, and storage fee of €790 (± 3080 AED) will be invoiced after the sample is collected from a healthcare professional. €790 (± 3080 AED)
Additional fees Additional fees will not be charged, but with approval, additional testing can be required (e.g., due to abnormal lab test results). €0
Refunds If you return the collection kit independently of the reason for return, you will not be charged; however, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the collection kit. €0
After 25 years After 25 years, you can continue to keep your stem cells saved at Stem Cells Technologies. Continued storage after this initial period will be at the market prices valid at that time.

Collecting stem cells in four steps.
 
1) Before delivery
We will send you an information pack. Then, you must return the signed documents to us and we send you the collection kit. No deposit is required.

2) After delivery
Call us so we can arrange a courier to collect the collection kit from the hospital.

3) Upon arrival at our laboratory
Cord blood and tissue are tested for contamination and the viability of cord blood stem cells (CD34+) is assessed.
Small samples are stored for future testing if stem cells are required for transplantation. Then, the Cord blood and tissue will be prepared for freezing.

4) Payment
If the test results are good, we will take your payment for enrolment, transport, processing, and storage.
